Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases of digital products from Joviseo ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using a product, you agree to them.

1. What we sell

We sell code components for Framer, delivered digitally as install links. No physical goods are shipped and no services are provided. You need your own Framer account to use the products.

2. License

When you buy a component, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• use it on an unlimited number of websites you build, for yourself or for clients;
• customize it through its property controls for use in those websites.

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the component or its install link;
• extract, copy or reverse engineer the component's source code;
• include it in a template, UI kit or other product that is sold or given away, where the component is a main part of the value;
• claim the component as your own work.

The license is per buyer. Teams need one license per person who installs the component.

3. Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged once. Checkout is handled by our payment provider, which acts as the reseller of the product and calculates any applicable sales tax or VAT.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered electronically immediately after payment. You receive the component's install link and a setup guide through the confirmation page and your receipt email.

5. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

6. Updates and support

Updates to a component you bought are free and appear as an Update button next to the component in Framer. The component's source code is locked and cannot be viewed or edited. Support is provided by email on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee compatibility with future changes made by Framer.

7. Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Third parties

Joviseo is an independent maker and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Framer B.V. "Framer" is a trademark of its owner.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
